It may be necessary to have a few puppy grooms before all of the above is achieved. Our main focus is to ensure your fur baby is happy and relaxed throughout the groom.

DE MATTING

Depending on the condition of your dog’s coat. I will always try my best to remove the matted fur‚ but if this is causing your dog unnecessary discomfort, I will advise you to have it clipped off. I know this will probably be upsetting for you, but remember it always grows back. This follows the guidelines issued by the Animal welfare Act 2006
